We have three full spectrum infrared saunas with integrated chromotherapy at our H E A T studio.
They are all suitable for 1-2 people. You are more than welcome to bring a friend to any session.
Please email us at info@heatbysophialie.com to add a plus one to your booking,
we will charge you an additional fee of 250kr upon arrival.
To book a sauna you can either download our app, or book online through our H E A T x MINDBODY booking system.
Setting up an account is very easy and will only take you a few minutes.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours before
the appointment starting time, or you will be charged for the session.
For online booking please select your sauna under "Appointment Type".
Under "All Rooms", either choose your corresponding sauna, or keep it at "All Rooms".
If you can't find a chosen spot in Sauna 1, then try Sauna 2 or Sauna 3.
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your H E A T session more than 12 hours beforehand, your credit will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 12 hours to go you will still be charged for the session.
You will be charged 250sek upon arrival for your plus one.
Plus ones must be added at least 12 hours before your session
Infrared saunas are not suitable for pregnant and breast feeding women.
Sessions can be booked up to four weeks in advance.
