In Summer 2023, HEAT by Sophia Lie debuts its hottest location yet. 

In the heart of the Old Town next to Passeo del Borne, HEAT Palma is an oasis of calm in the center of the city. Set within a historic townhouse, the studio is laid-back and luxurious, with airy, generously-sized treatment suites covering 250 square meters. 

Alongside signature HEAT treatments like Broad-Spectrum Infrared Sauna, LPG Massage and the Face WorkOut, guests can also enjoy yoga and breathwork classes in our dreamy, 100-square-meter yoga studio. 

After their session, clients kick back in our garden courtyard, with chilled coconut water in-hand. For locals crossing the city or world-travelers making an island pit-stop, HEAT Palma offers destination-worthy wellness in the ultimate Spanish hotspot.
